Production time for logo apparel items is 8 business days plus shipping. There are no returns on logo apparel. Embroidered and printed apparel is produced when ordered specifically for your order. Shipping is an additional 2-5 days depending on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout. Orders ship from Tempe, AZ. For rush service, please call customer service.

Returns
There are detailed size charts on each product page. Sizes do vary by brand. Please refer to them before checkout to confirm that you have selected the correct size. If you have questions about sizes that cannot be answered online, please call customer service or chat with us. If you must return the item ordered from the company store that does not fit correctly, please email customerservice@icostore.com or call 888-839-7366. The company store vendor (iCoStore) will guide you through the return process. You can exchange for a different size or order something different. The item you're returning must not have been worn and preferably be returned in its original packaging.

Returns are accepted for any defective merchandise
Please contact customer service for a Return Authorization number.
